Normal dispatch within 48 hours
Almost everything listed in our online catalogue is in stock and dispatch is typically within 48 hours from receipt of order. However, on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, a dispatch forecast will be given. Every effort will be made to dispatch the goods within this timescale, however, we shall not be liable in any circumstance for loss, whether direct or consequential, arising from a delay in dispatch of the goods. For export orders, dispatch will be conditional on our obtaining export licences or any other necessary governmental requirements.
If requested we can offer same day dispatch, provided that an order is placed early during the day, preferably before 1pm.
For rush shipments within the UK we can offer pre 9am or pre 12am delivery depending on the location. There is an additional shipping charge for this service which is approximately £15 for items less than 1kg.
Whilst every attempt will be made to avoid split shipments, we reserve the right to split ship at our discretion.
To help stop orders being duplicated, all orders that are confirmation of orders should be clearly marked “Confirmation of Order. Do Not Duplicate”. We reserve the right to regard any confirmation order that is not marked accordingly as a separate order.
For special orders we reserve the right to ship within ±10% of the quantity ordered, with a pro rata invoice adjustment. For standard catalogue stock lines we would use our best efforts to supply the exact quantity ordered, however, the customer shall accept within ±5% of the quantity ordered, with a pro rata invoice adjustment.
We will do our best to supply in the standard pack size, but where not possible we reserve the right to substitute alternative combinations of quantities to ship the quantity ordered. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the standard pack sizes listed, from time to time changes are required and we reserve the right to alter the standard pack sizes without notice.
If you require a continuous length of foil, ribbon or wire, please say so at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to supply in more than one length unless we have previously agreed to supply in one length. For certain catalogue items continuous lengths are not available.
We reserve the right to revise any price in case of currency fluctuations, raw material costs or increased costs outside our control. Prices invoiced will be those ruling at the time the order is placed. If current prices are more than 25% above catalogue prices we will not ship without prior customer confirmation.
Our system gives an estimate for the carriage based on normal transactions, we reserve the right to reconfirm the actual carriage charge as applicable and will notify you of any change before completing your order.
