Copies of our Standard Conditions of Sale are available upon request. The notes on these pages are a summary of our SCS, in the event of any conflict between the summary and the prevailing SCS, the SCS will apply.

Title to the goods shall remain with the Seller until payment for them has been received in full, but the risk in such goods shall pass to the Buyer upon the earlier of delivery or shipment (as the case may be) or receipt of payment in full.

All conditions warranties and representations regarding the quality, fitness for purpose or state, size, shape, capacity or colour of goods supplied whether expressed or implied by common law or statute or otherwise are hereby expressly excluded. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage or injury direct or consequential arising from the use of goods supplied by us however such damage is caused, nor for any delay in delivery.

Returned Goods

No goods will be accepted for return without prior permission. For standard catalogue items, ordered in error, a restocking charge will be made. This will be a minimum of £35 or 25% of the net invoice value, whichever is the greater. For special orders, the cancellation charge will depend on the product ordered and the circumstances. Depending how far advanced production is at the time of cancellation, the cancellation fee could be as high as 100% of the order value or invoice value.

Any claims in respect to material specification, tolerances, quantity, quality or goods damaged in transit must be notified to us in writing within three days of delivery. Please keep all the packaging for our inspection. If the error is our responsibility, return despatch instructions will be given. At our discretion, the customer will be either shipped a replacement free of charge or issued a credit note for the invoiced value. Our liability for any such claim shall not exceed the cost of the goods.

Hazardous goods / restricted articles

Our catalogue, product labels and material information pages give warnings of known hazards associated with the materials we supply. However, almost all materials may be hazardous in certain conditions or if handled without due care. The customer agrees that only qualified and trained individuals will handle our products.

Certain hazardous materials may only be supplied against an official signed order from a recognised organisation. These goods will not be sent by post, but will be despatched by courier.

UK orders will be subject to a handling charge of £35.

Export orders will be subject to a handling charge of £50.
